Searching

Searching is the quickest way to get accurate results.  Simply type a keyword, a phrase, or ask a question in the Search entry box in the Control Panel.

Results are always listed in order of relevance—the sources that best match your search words are at the top of the list.

To search for information:

  1. Choose a Library at the top of the Control Panel.

  2. Type a word, phrase, or question in the Search entry box. Use natural language if you like. See Search Tips.

  3. Click Go or press Enter.

  4. Click a title in the Search Results area to view information in the Workspace.

  5. Click Next above the Search Results area to view more results.

To display other types of results:

At first, the Search Results list only encyclopedia articles. You can see what other results were found—and select another content type—at the top of the Search Results area.
